Terms and Conditions

Das Labs, LLC, dba Bucked Up (“Bucked Up” or “we”) is offering a limited-time text message rebate promotion (the “Promotion”), whereby you may receive rebates for purchases of certain Bucked Up products, as more fully set forth in these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).  Participation in the Promotion and receipt of Rebates (as defined below) is strictly conditioned upon your adherence to these Terms and Conditions.  Employees, of Bucked Up, Bucked Up distributors, or retailers of Bucked Up Products, including their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.  Void where prohibits, taxes, or restricted.  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract regarding your participation in the Program, including but not limited to direct communications from us to you via text message, email, or social media messaging application (e.g., Facebook Messenger).

1. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION.  To participate in the Promotion, fill out the information requested at buckedupenergy.com/711 (the “Promotion Site”) and follow remaining steps set forth on the Promotion Site. Then, purchase four (4) Bucked Up energy drinks (an “Eligible Product”) at participating 7-Eleven stores located in Utah, Maryland, Massachusetts, Arizona, and Nevada (the “Participating Stores”) between April 7, 2025 and May 31, 2025, or an earlier date this Promotion may be terminated by Bucked Up (the “Promotion Period”).  Please contact individual stores to determine whether it is a Participating Store or email cs@buckedup.com for a list of Participating Stores.

After your purchase, and no later than the last day of the Promotion Period, follow the steps set forth on the Promotion Site to submit your receipt showing payment for the Eligible Product, which shows the retailer name, retailer address, purchase date, product description, purchase amount, and purchase total (the “Rebate Receipt”).  Rebate Receipt may be submitted using multiple pictures, so long as the entire Rebate Receipt is visible and legible. To help process your Rebate faster, please circle qualifying purchases on the Rebate Receipt prior to sending.

By submitting information on the Promotion Site or submitting a Rebate Receipt to Bucked Up, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have not previously been suspended, removed, or deactivated from the Program; (ii) your registration and use of the Promotion are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and (iii) you agree to all terms in this Terms and Conditions.


2. RECEIPT OF REBATES.  After all conditions set forth in Section 1 are satisfied, and after the Rebate Receipt is processed and approved, you will receive a rebate via Venmo or PayPal equal to the cost of two (2) of the four (4) Bucked Up energy drinks purchased, up to a maximum of four (4) drinks (the “Rebate”).  In the event the Eligible Products purchased vary in pricing, the two lowest prices of the Eligible Products shall be reimbursed in the Rebate.  Any assessed local, state, and federal taxes and fees shall be excluded from all Rebates, and shall not be subject to reimbursement.  Rebates will only be issued via Venmo or PayPal to an account associated with the phone number submitted to Bucked Up via the Promotion Site (the “Eligible Reimbursement Account”).  Please ensure an Eligible Reimbursement Account is set up prior to your participation in the Promotion. Text/Data rates may apply based on your plan and cellular carrier.


3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.  Eligible Products must be purchased in person at the applicable Participating Store at the time of purchase.  Availability of Eligible Products is not guaranteed, and Bucked Up shall not be liable for the unavailability of one or more Eligible Products.


4. AUTOMATED MESSAGES; CARRIER CHARGES: By participating in the Promotion, you are thereby opting-in and consenting to receive automated marketing messages to the telephone number you used to send your text message. Unsubscribe at any time by sending STOP in response to any text message received. When you send a text message to the advertised number or address, you agree to participate in the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply. There is no fee from Bucked Up to receive the advertised Rebate, participate in the Promotion, or receive text messages. Provide accurate, complete, and true information when filling out forms online or otherwise providing information in connection with the Promotion.

Downloading content may incur additional charges from your wireless carrier. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan. Your wireless carrier may impose message or charge limitations outside our control. All charges are billed by and payable to your wireless carrier.

5. YOUR MOBILE DEVICE AND NUMBER: By participating, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use. Notify Bucked Up at atcs@buckedup.com if you change or deactivate your mobile number.


6. PRIVACY: Data obtained from you in connection with this Promotion may include your cell phone number, your wireless carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, along with other information you may provide. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to Bucked Up’s use of this information to contact you, provide the services you request, and operate, develop, and improve the Program. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data about your SMS usage, governed by their own policies.


7. CONTACT US: For questions, email customerservice@buckedup.com. A third party may administer and operate the Promotion, and interactions about the Promotion may be with this third-party administrator. Text HELP or INFO in response to any text message received for assistance.


8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT: By participating in the Promotion, you agree not to:

   * Submit purchase information or attempt to redeem an offer for which you are not eligible or that is not valid.

   * Submit false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic purchase information.

   * Redeem offers for products that have not been purchased and retained, or for products purchased but returned following purchase.

   * Upload receipts already uploaded by you or another user.

   * Upload receipts reflecting purchases outside the Promotion Period.

   * Obscure or alter the date on a receipt.

   * Extract information from our website, mobile applications, or social media pages for use with another service, web, or mobile application.

   * Impersonate any person or entity, forge another person’s digital signature, misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the Program, or engage in any similar fraudulent activity.

   * Use the Promotion for any illegal purpose, in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

   * Defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud users of the Promotion, or collect personal information about users or third parties without consent.

   * Use the Promotion for any commercial purpose.

   * Interfere with or disrupt security-related features of the Promotion.

   * Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Promotion.

   * Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Promotion.

   * Intentionally interfere with or damage the operation of the Promotion or any user’s enjoyment of it.


   9. FAILURE TO TRANSMIT/DELAYS: Neither Bucked Up, nor any wireless carrier, will be liable for delays or failures in your receipt of SMS messages. SMS text message services are provided on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.


   10. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS; CONTENT; NON-COMMERCIAL USE: We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, or to protect our rights or property. The Promotion, content, and materials are proprietary and for personal, non-commercial use only. We may suspend or terminate the Promotion for any breach of these Terms. Your participation is subject to termination if your wireless service terminates or lapses. We may discontinue the Promotion at any time.


   11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND/OR TERMINATION OF PROGRAM: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued participation in the program after modification constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified. We may terminate, change, modify, suspend, make improvements to, or discontinue any aspect of the Promotion at any time.


   12. DISPUTES: Except where legally prohibited, all participants agree that any disputes and claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts in the State of Utah. Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages. All legal issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Utah.


   13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We, or any party involved in the Promotion, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We disclaim liability for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any merchants or brand companies. We shall not be liable for errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or defects in the information contained within the Promotion.


   14. DISCLAIMERS; NO WARRANTIES: The Program is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, data accuracy, system integration, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information, Promotion, or results will meet your requirements, and be accurate, reliable, complete, or up-to-date. We disclaim any warranties of title. You assume all risk for damages resulting from your participation in the Promotion.


   15. NO THIRD PARTY AFFILIATION.  The Promotion is administered and sponsored by Bucked Up and is in no way administered, endorsed, or sponsored by any third-party, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Venmo, PayPal, or any Participating Store.

Why did I not get credit for this?
Your receipt was marked fraudulent by our system. Please reach out to customer service.
Why did I not get a Venmo?
Please confirm your phone number is verified with the Venmo app.
When am I getting my money?
Unless there is an issue with the receipt submitted, your Venmo or PayPal will be sent within 3 business days.
What if I don’t have Venmo, can I be paid via PayPal?
Yes, our system defaults to sending payment to your Venmo account. If there is no Venmo account attached to the phone number you submitted your receipt from, the system will then attempt to send payment through PayPal. Please make sure you are submitting your receipt from the phone number associated with your Venmo or email associated with your Paypal account.
I couldn’t find it in store!
Bucked Up Energy drinks are found in select 7-11 locations across Utah, Arizona, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Nevada.
What products are eligible?
Any flavor of Bucked Up Energy drinks sold at 7-11.
How old can my receipt be?
Your receipt must be dated within the promotion period stated in the offer terms.
What stores is this accepted at?
Select 7-11 locations in Utah Arizona, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Nevada.
Is there a limit to how many I can purchase at once?
Limit of 4 drinks per customer, maximum redemption value will be the equivalent of 2 energy drinks, calculated via receipt submission.  Receipts must be dated between 04/07/25 and 05/31/25, or until this promo is terminated.
What if I don’t like the product?
All purchases are subject to the return policy of the store in which they were purchased.
